Villa Roby is a small Loft recently renovated, completed in 2023, nestled in the wonderful hills of Torri del Benaco, considered the pearl of Lake Garda.
Nestled in a charming, fully fenced olive grove, this property offers an oasis of tranquility and natural beauty.
The interior of the house has been finely furnished with modern and functional furniture, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Furthermore, thanks to the two large windows the environment is filled with natural light throughout the day and it is possible to see the beauty of the suggestive Lake Garda and the surrounding landscape.
The living area consists of a spacious living room, equipped with two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, ideal for hosting guests. The bathroom, with window, is equipped with a shower. In addition, a charming loft accommodates a double bed, creating an intimate and romantic corner.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, while the outdoor terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, a table, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower offering the opportunity to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate and the splendid surrounding views.
This house is the perfect choice for those who want to spend an unforgettable holiday immersed in the beauty of nature and the tranquility of the hills of Lake Garda.
The loft is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.
Pets are allowed. A mandatory fee of €40 per pet to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.
Upon arrival, all guests must show identification documents and pay the tourist tax (children under 14 do not pay).
