La villa si trova sulla prima collina sopra a Malcesine, in una zona panoramica ma isolata e tranquilla, in grado di garantire la massima riservatezza e viste mozzafiato.
Si entra in un piccolo disimpegno che accede direttamente al soggiorno dove troviamo il tavolo da pranzo, il divano, il camino e l’ampio angolo cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Dalle ampie vetrate si accede al grande portico arredato con tavolo da pranzo e divani e si gode della vista sul giardino dotato di piscina e vasca idromassaggio.
Da questa zona si accede alla grande camera tripla con bagno privato e ad un piccolo ripostiglio.
Una scala ci condurrà al primo piano dove c’è la stanza principale con cabina armadio e bagno privato dotato di doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Da qui la vista sul giardino, la piscina e il lago è veramente sensazionale.
All’esterno troviamo una dependance con letto matrimoniale, letto singolo e bagno privato.
Un giardino completamente recintato di circa 1500 MQ circonda la villa che dispone di sauna, barbecue, e forno per la pizza.
La proprietà è dotata di TV satellitare, connessione WiFi e aria condizionata solo nelle zona notte . Asciugamani e lenzuola vengono forniti, con cambio settimanale, compresi nel prezzo.
Non è fornito nessun tipo di bevanda, alimento e materiale consumabile (Saponi, Shampoo, ecc....).
Il check-in è dalle 16:00 alle 20:00. Per check-in dopo l'orario è richiesto un contributo di 30,00 Euro da pagare all'arrivo.
Il check-out è entro le 10:00.
Check-in anticipati o check-out ritardati possono essere confermati solo il giorno prima.

Amazing house with great views
A fantastic house! The view of the lake and the mountains is breathtaking and the outdoor area is perfect for large groups. The rooms were clean, the pool and hot tub were well maintained, the kitchen was very well equipped and we also used the pizza oven. You can even walk to the village / the lake in 15-20 minutes, but the way back is quite exhausting as it is very steep. The communal area inside is rather small, so I would recommend it more for holidays with a lot of outside time. It is also less suitable for more than three couples as there are only three separate bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the living room / kitchen, but with less privacy). Apart from that, it's a perfect house for large groups. Highly recommended! The hosts were very supportive and responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you!

Awesome
The stay in the villa was amazing! The view and the garden are awesome. We also used the pizza oven and that was a very nice experience. We stayed there for 4 days and I would recommend it 100%.
Amazing experience
The views offered by the location of this villa are breathtaking. In front of the villa, there’s a never-ending view of the Lake Garda and mountains, and in the back, you can see Monte Baldo. The garden is full of elderly olive trees and flowers. The amenities are a complete package for relaxation and a vacation to never forget: pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill, covered and open-air terraces, and master bedroom with full height windows offering a view over the lake in the morning. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back one day to this magical place.
