Villa Siresola is an ancient farmhouse renovated by the owner with great care and attention to detail to transform it into a splendid rustic house.
Antique terracotta floors, fine marble bathrooms, walls covered in natural lime and organic materials for a superior quality of life.
The refined and designer furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will give you a feeling of great comfort, making you feel at home.
From the entrance gate you go down to the car park and then a staircase set between natural stone walls takes you to the garden level where you can relax in the sun or in the shade of the olive trees. Here we find a large heated hydromassage tub, a shower with hot water, a gazebo with a large table, chairs for 10 people and a barbecue to make the moment of meeting up to share the pleasures of the table with friends special.
Upon entering the house we find ourselves in the large living/dining room which gives access to the separate kitchen while a door leads us to the large triple bedroom served by a private bathroom. Here there is a large sofa that can accommodate one person for the night.
Going up to the upper floor, from which you have a beautiful view of the lake, we find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower, from which you can also access a small balcony.
Villa Siresola is an oasis of peace and tranquility and is NOT suitable for groups looking for wild fun that does not respect the quiet of the neighbors.
The Villa is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No drinks, food or consumable products are provided and must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).
Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm. For check-in after hours a contribution of 30.00 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.

lovely house great host
while traveling is foreign countries finding good places to stay is not real hard but finding a host that is willing to help in time of need is not so easy. Gino is one of those great host. the house is great roomy great kitchen fireplace that shows in Livingroom and bedroom nice outside with view of lake from hot tub. but the best was a host that was there in time of need. when we lost out atm card Gino was there to help.
great place super host
there are many beautiful hotels in Italy but they do not come with a great kitchen and a super host. you get both and much more with this villa. Geno help with several problems that we had personally which you do not get with a hotel. this is only one reason why we love this place so much. the great space fire place in Livingroom and bed room great out doors and lovely views. i would love to stay again .
Autunnale a villa Siresola
Villa Siresola si trova, immersa negli ulivi , poco sopra Malcesine .. raggiungibile con una bellissima strada panoramica! Bella, accogliente, con una vista eccezionale sul lago e le montagne circostanti. È dotata di un grande parcheggio privato e un bel giardino con sdraio ed un'ampia vasca per idromassaggio.

Villa stupenda!
Ci siamo trovato molto bene in questa splendida casa vacanze sopra Malcesine! Eravamo un gruppo di ragazzi e ognuno di noi ha apprezzato i servizi offerti qui. Dal Jacuzzi, alla terazza, al barbecue, alla disponibilità di Gino. Grazie!
Great for spending holidays with friends
We were a group of 9 ERASMUS students and enjoyed every aspect of our stay : great space, everything we needed in the kitchen and in the rest of the house (washing machine, bedsheets, bath towels), we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view a lot, even though the weather was not the best in early december. Our host, Gino, was very nice and friendly. Good place to stay during holidays especially with good weather to enjoy the Garde lake and the mountains around for hikers.

Sehr schönes Haus über Malcesine
Wir hatten Ende August eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Zur Lage: Das Haus liegt ein Gutes Stück oberhalb Von Malcesine in einem Schönen Olivengarten. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Wirlpool und wenn mann sich streckt sieht man den See von dort. Nach Malcesine sind es mit dem Auto ca.15min. Über einen Steilen Wanderweg schafft man es in 30min auch zu Fuß nach unten. Zum Haus selbst: Unten ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Tv und großem Esstisch sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer. Im OG sind nochmal zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Alles in allem ist es ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus wo es für uns nichts zu beanstanden gab und deshalb gibt es von uns fünf Sterne ⭐️
nice and cozy home
the house is really nice, comfortable and very clean. the kitchenequipment includes everything necessary. the garden and patio are awesome. the only negative thing is that you dont have a view on the lake.
