Casa Ortensia - lake view apartment

Casa Ortensia is a welcoming apartment in Castelletto di Brenzone, located along the Gardesana road and with a splendid view of Lake Garda.

The apartment, reached via a set of stairs from the street, opens directly onto the living area with a living room and a basic kitchen. The living room features a single bed and a small dining table.

The living area leads to the large panoramic terrace, ideal for relaxing or enjoying al fresco meals thanks to the large table.

The apartment also includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has one (1) parking space in the private garage and is equipped with Wi-Fi.

The beach is just across the street, making Casa Ortensia the perfect place for those who want to experience the lake. A simple solution, ideal for a couple or a small family looking for relaxation just steps from the lake.

Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided and must be purchased by the guest.

Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory €50 fee per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM will be subject to a €30 payment in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax in cash
