Apartment number 3 is a welcoming and functional accommodation, located on the first floor of the complex with a partial lake view. The apartment opens onto the living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

The property offers guests shared spaces designed to fully enjoy the warm weather and the outdoors. The shared garden, equipped with tables, umbrellas, and a charcoal barbecue, is the ideal place to enjoy al fresco meals. For sports enthusiasts and those arriving by bicycle, there is a shared bicycle storage area with the other apartments. One (1) parking space is available in the covered garage, and free street parking is also available if needed.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food, and consumables are not provided.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax in cash.
