Apartment number 1 is a welcoming and functional accommodation, located on the mezzanine floor of the complex. The apartment opens onto the living room with a dining table and sofa bed. Further along is the equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom.

The property offers guests shared spaces designed to fully enjoy the summer and the outdoors. The shared garden, equipped with tables, umbrellas, and a charcoal barbecue, is the ideal place to enjoy al fresco meals. For sports enthusiasts and those arriving by bicycle, there is a shared bike storage area with the other apartments. Free street parking is available.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food, and consumables are not provided.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax in cash.
