Villa al Parco Antico - Relax agli ulivi

Villa Al Parco Antico is a complex consisting of a 17th-century tower, an 18th-century main building, and rustic buildings, now renovated for residential use. The tower overlooked the only road in the area with access to Lake Garda, then called Via Gardesana di Terra, a road that connected Bardolino with the Gardesana dell'Acqua. The tower's function was to collect duties on the transit of goods.

The villa is surrounded by an English-style park, adorned with numerous centuries-old cedars. The park also features the historic icehouse and the Colombara, a rare late-19th-century octagonal structure on several levels, once used to house farmyard animals.

Behind the villa, at the foot of the olive grove, stand the "three houses," ancient rural buildings that once housed the barn, the stables for goods, carriages, and horses. The entire complex is located at the foot of the "Mons Sachinus" hill (Monte Piccolo Sacco), a charming forest that adds to the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.

Located in the heart of Albarè di Costermano sul Garda, just minutes from Bardolino and the lake shore, it is the ideal solution for those seeking a relaxing holiday in a historic setting surrounded by greenery.

The entrance is through a lovely private garden, furnished with a dining table for enjoying al fresco meals and equipped with a charcoal barbecue, perfect for spending pleasant evenings with friends.

Upon entering the home, you enter the spacious living area, consisting of a living room and dining room, a welcoming and bright space designed for relaxing moments together. Further along, you reach the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom with a practical and functional laundry area.

Going up the stairs you reach the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms are furnished with large king-size beds (180x200 cm), while the third has a comfortable French double bed (140x200 cm), ideal for one or two people. A second full bathroom is also located on the same floor, serving both bedrooms.

The house is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax in cash.
