Casa Leopardi - apartment in Garda

Casa Leopardi is an apartment located in a quiet residential building in Garda, about 750m from the lakefront, conveniently located for reaching the center and all the main services.

Entering the front door, you enter the living area with a living room and open-plan kitchen. Continuing along the hallway, you reach the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry area with a washing machine.

Outside, a small garden runs along two sides of the house, offering a pleasant outdoor corner where you can spend relaxing moments.

The apartment has one parking space in a private garage.

The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning (in the hallway). Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory €30 fee per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax in cash (children under 14 do not pay).
