Casa Sotto le Stelle - Just a few steps from the lake

Casa Sotto le Stelle is a lovingly and meticulously renovated house in the historic center of Castelletto di Brenzone – in a quiet location and only about a two-minute walk from the lake. Here, the charm of old natural stone walls blends seamlessly with modern comforts, abundant natural light, and a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.

To reach the house, you have to walk up a small alley for about 100 meters. A staircase leads directly to the house entrance, which blends harmoniously into the authentic atmosphere of the village.

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a bright living area that combines the living room and kitchen into one open space. A wood-burning stove provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, creating a relaxed ambiance during the cooler months. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.

A staircase leads to the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom. The third bedroom is a small study, a cozy additional room with a wooden desk, office chair, and a 160 cm wide sofa bed – perfect for workations, quiet reading sessions, or as a flexible sleeping option. Travertine flooring on the ground floor creates a Mediterranean ambiance, while wooden floorboards in the bedrooms provide a warm and tranquil atmosphere.

A special highlight is the roof terrace: equipped with deck chairs, table, chairs, armchairs, parasol and sunshade – perfect for breakfast with a lake view, relaxing afternoons or a glass of wine in the evening under the starry sky.

The property does not have private parking spaces; however, one (1) parking permit will be issued for the use of parking spaces available in the surrounding area.

Casa Sotto le Stelle is not an anonymous holiday apartment, but a special house with soul: natural stone, wood, light, high-quality materials, lake view and Lake Garda atmosphere in the heart of historic Castelletto. An ideal retreat for families, couples, friends, athletes, and anyone who wants to experience Lake Garda in style and authenticity – whether sailing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, or simply relaxing. Restaurants, cafés, an ice cream parlor, two small supermarkets, the lake, the sailing club, hiking trails, and many other leisure activities are all within easy walking distance.

For added comfort, the house features Starlink internet, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, a modern ArgillaTherm climate ceiling for cooling in summer and heating in winter, and a wood-burning fireplace for cooler days. A ground-floor storage room with a laundry area also provides convenient space for bicycles, SUPs, or sports equipment.

Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.) and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory fee of €30 per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A fee of €30 will be charged for arrivals after 8:00 PM, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax (children under 11 years are exempt from the tourist tax).
