Casa Sotto le Stelle is a welcoming home located in Castelletto, just steps from the town center and the lake shore. It's ideal for those looking for a quiet, quaint holiday with all the amenities within easy walking distance.

To reach the house, you need to climb a slope along a pedestrian street that leads to a small, quiet internal courtyard. Climbing the stairs, the entrance to the house is right in front, and immersed in the authentic atmosphere of the village.

Upon entering, you're greeted by a bright living area comprising a living room and kitchen in one space. The kitchen features a convenient peninsula with a stovetop, perfect for preparing and sharing meals with friends. A wood-burning stove adds a warm and welcoming touch, perfect for a relaxing atmosphere during the cooler months. A full bathroom with shower is also located on the same floor.

Going upstairs you reach the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with private bathroom, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional people or families.

On the top floor of the house is a charming private panoramic terrace, furnished with a table and chairs and boasting a pleasant view of the lake. This outdoor space is a true added value of the property, perfect for enjoying breakfast al fresco, relaxing during the day, or enjoying an aperitif at sunset while admiring the surrounding panorama.

A simple and characteristic solution, perfect for those who want to stay in the heart of Castelletto and easily reach the lake, restaurants and the main services of the town.

The property does not have private parking, but a permit is provided that allows you to use the dedicated parking areas available in the area.

Guests also have access to a convenient space on the ground floor of the building, accessible directly from the main entrance. This space includes a laundry area and a dedicated storage area for bicycles and sports equipment such as paddleboards and surfboards, particularly useful for those who wish to explore the lake and its surroundings in complete freedom.

Casa Sotto le Stelle is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, ensuring maximum comfort all year round.

Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g. spices, salt, oil, etc.) and consumables (e.g. soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory €30 fee per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax (children under 11 do not pay).
