Casa Vittoria - a few steps from the center

Casa Vittoria is a spacious and welcoming apartment, located on the first floor of a quiet building in a strategic location, just minutes from the Verona Arena.

From the entrance of the building, you can reach the first-floor apartment by climbing the stairs or using the elevator.

Upon entering, you're greeted by a small hallway that leads to the living area. This opens onto a living room with two comfortable sofas and a dining table, enhanced by a large window that floods the space with natural light. To the left is the separate kitchen, complete with everything you need for your stay.

Continuing, you reach the sleeping area consisting of a single bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. To complete the whole thing, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The strategic location in the Arsenale area, just 700 meters from the Arena, makes it easy to get around the city on foot or by public transport. All major amenities, including supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars, are nearby.

Casa Vittoria is the ideal solution for those who want to experience Verona with comfort, space, and practicality, without sacrificing proximity to the historic center.

The apartment is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM require a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax.
