NNV Pool Villa Lazise is a splendid newly built villa located in Lazise, in a quiet residential area. Entering the property through the main gate, on the left is a ramp leading to the private garage. From the garage, you can access the lower level of the villa, which features a double bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a laundry area.

Going up to the ground floor, you reach the bright living area, consisting of a living room and open-plan kitchen. This modern and functional space is ideal for socializing. On the same floor there is also a full bathroom with shower.

Continuing upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower, while the other two share a second bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the balcony that runs along two sides of the villa, offering additional outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a private garden, perfect for spending pleasant moments al fresco. It features a splendid private infinity pool and a barbecue area, ideal for relaxing on summer days or hosting al fresco lunches and dinners with friends.

The villa is located approximately 1,20 km from the center of Lazise, reachable in about 20 minutes on foot, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the residential area while remaining close to restaurants, shops, and the lakefront.

The villa is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

A maximum of two pets are allowed. A mandatory fee of €100 per pet to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification documents and pay the tourist tax of €1,20 per person per night (children under 14 do not pay).

A mandatory security deposit of €500 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival and refundable in cash upon check-out.
