This wonderful villa will welcome you with the warmth of its furnishings while the view will take your breath away. Here you will spend an exclusive holiday in total tranquility and privacy. The villa features a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a second pull-out bed, and a bedroom with three bunk beds. An additional bed can be found on the sofa in the large living room. Two bathrooms with shower and a large porch complete the property, which is equipped with every comfort. Air conditioning is only present in the living room. The villa is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. No drinks, food or consumables are provided and must be purchased by guests (soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc.). Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For late check-in, a fee of €30.00 is required to be paid upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.

Top Unterkunft mit hervorragenden Blick
Das Haus ist in einem tollen und gepflegtem Zustand. Die zwei Bäder waren sauber geputzt. Der Pool und der Garten waren ebenfalls sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren zu 7 mit einem Kleinkind. Die Unterkunft ist dafür Recht gut ausgestattet. Geschirr, Besteck und allerlei Kochutensilien waren ausreichend vorhanden. Über Maps wird man von der falschen Seite ans Haus geleitet.

An absolutely exceptional place! A wonderful villa, furnished with great taste and comfort. A beautiful garden with a swimming pool. And the view — truly unforgettable. You can sit in the garden for hours contemplating the beauty all around you. The villa has everything you could possibly need. All appliances work perfectly. The beds are very comfortable, with plenty of sleeping space. We stayed there as a group of 6, but even 8–9 people could easily fit comfortably. Excellent communication with the agency renting the villa and with the caretaker of the property, Armando, who handed us the keys, explained everything clearly, and was extremely helpful. Absolutnie wyjątkowe miejsce! Wspaniała willa, urządzona bardzo gustownie i wygodnie. Piękny ogród z basenem. No i widok, którego nie można zapomnieć. Można siedzieć godzinami w ogrodzie i kontemplować otaczające piękno. W willi jest wszystko, czego potrzeba. Wszystkie urządzenia sprawne. Łóżka bardzo wygodne - dużo miejsc do spania. My byliśmy w 6 osób, ale nawet 8-9 osób spokojnie się pomieści. Świetny kontakt z agencją, która wynajmuje willę i z opiekunem tego miejsca - Armando, który przekazał nam klucze, wszystko jasno wyjaśnił i był bardzo pomocny. Un posto assolutamente eccezionale! Una villa splendida, arredata con grande gusto e molto confortevole. Un bellissimo giardino con piscina. E poi il panorama — davvero indimenticabile. Si può stare seduti in giardino per ore a contemplare la bellezza che circonda questo luogo. Nella villa c’è tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. Tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionano perfettamente. I letti sono molto comodi e ci sono molti posti letto. Noi eravamo in 6 persone, ma anche 8–9 persone possono soggiornare comodamente. Ottima comunicazione con l’agenzia che affitta la villa e con il responsabile della struttura, Armando, che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, ci ha spiegato tutto in modo chiaro ed è stato molto disponibile.
