La Pieve is on the first floor of the building. Upon entering, you'll immediately find yourself in a corridor. If you turn right, you'll pass the second bathroom and arrive at the kitchen and living area with sofa bed. If you turn left, you'll arrive directly at the master bedroom with its private bathroom.
La Pieve is a convenient solution for families and friends, guaranteeing a relaxing and comfortable stay thanks to its location and the amenities of the property.
The apartment has one (1) parking space available in a building 350m from the apartment. Any additional vehicles must find space in public parking lots.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly air conditioning system that maintains an optimal and constant temperature of 24/25°C, ideal for your health. The house is not designed to reach temperatures below 23°C.
Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.
Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory €50 fee per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.
Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax in cash.
