The property is accessed from the road via a staircase leading to the ground floor. Outside, there's a small private garden, a barbecue area, a table for al fresco dining, and a convenient bathroom/laundry room, perfect for enjoying the outdoors during the warmer months.

Inside, the house welcomes you with a bright living area consisting of a living room and open-plan kitchen, furnished simply and comfortably. The living room features two sofas, creating the perfect space for socializing, while the kitchen is fully equipped and functional. On the same floor are a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.

The upper floor features an additional sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom. This well-distributed and functional space is also suitable for families or small groups.

The villa is located in a particularly quiet and private setting: it is the perfect choice for those who want peace and relaxation and is not suitable for noisy groups or those looking for a party location.

The access road is narrow; therefore, several parking options are available: the private garage beneath the house can accommodate up to three medium-sized cars; a space in the olive grove is available about 50 meters away; and for larger vehicles, there is a parking lot about 300 meters away, accessible upon advance request (at least two weeks in advance), specifying the vehicle type, make, model, and license plate to obtain the relevant permit.

The villa is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g. spices, salt, oil, etc.) and consumables (e.g. soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory €30 fee per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax (children under 14 do not pay).
