Villa Elisabetta - Quiet with lake view

Villa Elisabetta is located in a quiet area, just a few kilometers from the lake. The villa maintains a classic and authentic style, featuring wooden furnishings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, designed to make you feel instantly at home.

The property is spread over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.

On the first floor, the living area opens onto a bright dining room with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. To the right of the entrance is the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a full private bathroom.

The dining room leads to a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining at any time of day. The private garden, which offers glimpses of the lake, offers a relaxing space with a barbecue area, ideal for pleasant moments with friends, and private uncovered parking within the property.

Villa Elisabetta is the ideal solution for families and groups of friends seeking tranquility, comfort, and simplicity.

The villa is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed. A mandatory fee of €40 per pet to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification documents and pay the tourist tax (children under 14 do not pay).

A mandatory security deposit of €300 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival and refundable in cash upon check-out.
