The apartment consists of a large living room furnished with sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed and a second living room in the basement with sofa bed.

One of the bedrooms is located in the basement but is large and bright.

Two bathrooms with shower complete the house.

Outside, a dining area equipped with umbrella, convenient private parking, a large well-kept fully fenced garden and the splendid swimming pool, open from April to October and shared with the other apartment complete the property.

The apartment which is spread over 3 floors has a surface area of approximately 120 square meters and a garden of almost 1,000 square metres, representing the ideal base for totally relaxing holidays with friends or relatives.

The apartment is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

Cot linen is available on request at a cost of 10 Euros

No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).

Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm. For check-in after hours a contribution of 30.00 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
