Villa Chiara - With swimming pool APT 1

Villa Chiara is a completely renovated building consisting of two independent apartments. Nestled in a quiet and convenient location, the property is just a few minutes' drive from the shores of Lake Garda.

The main gate leads to the large shared garden, a fully fenced area ideal for relaxing in complete safety. This area also features the splendid shared swimming pool (open May to October, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM), where each apartment has four loungers to enjoy the sun.

The property includes one (1) reserved parking space inside the property. For any additional vehicles, a convenient public car park is available just 100 metres away.

Apartment No. 1 has a small, private, fully fenced garden, equipped with an outdoor dining area sheltered by an awning and a large umbrella, as well as a charcoal barbecue.

Crossing the entrance you enter the living area, an open space that combines the living room and kitchen.

After the living area, a corridor on the right leads to the sleeping area, designed to comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends. It consists of a bedroom with a bunk bed, two large double bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Villa Chiara Apt 1 is the perfect choice for those seeking a holiday of comfort and privacy, with large green spaces and a splendid swimming pool, without sacrificing the convenience of having Lake Garda at their fingertips.

The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and Bed linens are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g. spices, salt, oil, etc.) and consumables (e.g. soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed free of charge. Pets are welcome to roam freely within the private garden, but are strictly prohibited from leaving them unattended and off-leash in the shared garden or pool area.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM there is a mandatory fee of €30, to be paid in Cash on arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be confirmed only the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show a valid ID and pay the tourist tax in cash.

A mandatory security deposit of €300 is required, payable in cash upon arrival and refundable upon check-out. Upon arrival, guests will also be required to sign a copy of the house rules, confirming their acceptance of the property's rules.
