Casa Giovanna - Lake view

In the center of the characteristic village of Brenzone is Casa Giovanna, a large and bright apartment completely renovated and newly furnished.

All services and beaches are within walking distance and do not require the use of a car.

Climbing the stairs to the second floor, you'll find the apartment consists of a large living room furnished with a sofa/bed for two adults and a dining table, a kitchen in a separate room, a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.

A large terrace overlooking the lake, where you can have lunch, completes the property.

The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price for all guests. Beverages, food items (e.g. spices, salt, oil etc.) and consumable materials (e.g. soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper etc.) are not provided and must be purchased by the guests

Pets are allowed. A mandatory fee of €30 per pet must be paid in cash upon arrival

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a mandatory late check-in fee of €30 is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure. Upon arrival, all guests must show identification documents and pay the tourist tax of €2,50 per person per night in cash

A second parking space is available for an additional cost of €10 per night.
