Casa Giovanna - Lake view

In the center of the characteristic village of Brenzone there is Casa Giovanna, a large and bright apartment completely renovated and newly furnished.

All services and beaches are within walking distance and do not require the use of a car.

The apartment consists of a large living room furnished with a sofa/bed for two adults and a dining table, a kitchen in a separate room, a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room equipped with washing machine.

A large terrace overlooking the lake, where you can have lunch, completes the property.

The apartment is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi and air It is possible to have a second parking space for a fee.

Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).

Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm. For check-in after hours a contribution of 30.00 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10: It is possible to have a second parking space for a fee.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.

UPON ARRIVAL YOU MUST PAY THE TOURIST TAX IN CASH (1,5 EURO PER PARSOAN PER NIGHT)
