Villa Scala is an old farmhouse renovated by the owner with great care and attention to detail to transform it into a splendid rustic house that will allow you to spend peaceful and unforgettable holidays.
It is located on the hills in the hinterland of Lake Garda, just above the town of Caprino Veronese, the spaces are large and well-kept both inside and outside and from the large terraces you can enjoy a magnificent view of Mount Baldo and the valley below with Lake Garda in the distance.
Outside we find private parking and flower gardens in every corner while the interior welcomes us with floors and bathroom details in fine marble and with high quality furnishings creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will give you a feeling of great comfort making you feel at home.
The villa has 3 large double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, one with shower and bathtub, large kitchen with fireplace, 2 dining areas inside as well as 2 outside and 2 living rooms with fireplace.
The outdoor patio is furnished with a large dining table, barbecue, fireplace and ping pong table.
The strategic position allows you to quickly reach the lake shores, the motorway toll booths and the romantic city of Verona.
Spas, water parks and amusement parks are just a few minutes drive from the property.
The Villa is equipped with satellite TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of food, drink or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.

Easter family tour
Me and my family, 9 pers (3 generations) stayed for 5 days at Easter - absolutely super house, lots of roms and super beds. And lots of space in the livingrooms and kitchen for a Big family. Activities for children and adults (tabletennis (indoor and outdoor) pooltable, table football, cardgames) Wonderful surroundings and views from the house - an many cosy little villages nearby - absolutely super lokal restaurants with the best food. Only 30 min by car to the small cities by Lago Di Garda - and “Gardaland” (funpark) The host was very welcoming and helpful. An absolutely recommendable place.

Very nice house, beautifully located, high up a hill with views of mountains, villages and lake Garda in the distance. House tastefull and spacious. Only con: just two bathrooms.
