Villa Mexico is located in Lazise in a very quiet, private and panoramic area but close to the center, services and beaches.

The villa, modern and recently built, furnished with care and passion for details is equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a holiday in total relaxation and privacy.

Surrounded by a large garden where we find the swimming pool, the hydromassage and ample spaces for relaxation, the villa has a large patio where you can have lunch outdoors but sheltered from the sun or bad weather.

In the basement there is the garage and a large room with a fireplace, used as a tavern and equipped with a small kitchen, a large dining table and sofas.

On this floor there is also a small gym, sauna, laundry room and a double bedroom with a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The ground floor is entirely dedicated to the living room and kitchen but there is also a bathroom with sink and toilet.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The villa is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed. A mandatory fee of €30 per pet to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification documents and pay the tourist tax.

A mandatory security deposit of €500 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival and refundable in cash upon check-out
