Villa Bellavista-Villa with a wonderful view

Villa Bellavista is located in Albisano, a town on the first hill of Torri del Benaco, at about 300 meters above sea level, which offers a view of the lake from a privileged and very panoramic position. The villa, which is surrounded by a 3,000 square meter completely fenced garden, is located in a slightly raised position and allows you to see the town center and a wide panorama of the lake.

The location is very sunny but also well ventilated and allows for very relaxing stays in great tranquility and privacy.

The villa is furnished with slightly dated but still functional furniture and for this reason it is offered at a very advantageous price and is suitable for those looking for a holiday in tranquility and privacy without spending a lot.

The garage and parking are adjacent to the access road, from here a staircase leads down to the villa. From the large panoramic terrace you enter directly into the dining area / kitchen and from here you have access to a room with a double bed, while a small hallway allows us to reach the second double bedroom and the bathroom.

On the left we find the large living room furnished with a sofa and a dining table dominated by the large fireplace. From here you access the third double bedroom, the bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom.

The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of food, drink or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
