Villa Dismero - An oasis of luxury and privacy with private pool

This luxurious and elegant Villa is located in Porto di Brenzone, in a slightly elevated but very quiet and private position. Surrounded by a well-kept garden of 3.00 square meters, Villa Dismero welcomes you in maximum privacy and conquers you with a breathtaking view that will make your holiday simply unforgettable.

From the parking lot an important staircase leads to the main entrance, located on the mezzanine floor, where we find the large and scenic living room, equipped with a fireplace and dominated by the large sofa with numerous seats, the dining room, the equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with air conditioning served by its private bathroom with shower. On the lake front is the most interesting part of the property: a large covered patio furnished with a dining table from which you can access the garden, equipped with barbecue, deckchairs and sun loungers, and the large swimming pool (not heated and open from Easter to October). From this entire area, where you will spend most of your time in total relaxation, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and Mount Baldo.

Back inside, we climb a short staircase that takes us from the living area to the upper floor, where a mezzanine open to the living room below allows access to a double bedroom with a private terrace with a view and an en suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The other two double bedrooms on this floor share a second bathroom with shower and another terrace with a view. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

From the living room the staircase will also lead us to the lower floor where we will find the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and a double bedroom with bathroom and shower. This room is not equipped with air conditioning but the fans are sufficient to provide the necessary comfort.

From here you have direct access to the large garage and parking.

The lake, the beaches and the town centre, with the bus stop are just a few dozen metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Here we find several restaurants, pizzerias and a small grocery store.

The Villa is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of food or drink is provided and no consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.)

Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
