Merano is a medieval city surrounded by nature, full of romantic and historical places. Famous for the care of its gardens and its spas.
In the historic heart of the city, located in an ancient building, there is this charming and romantic apartment, recently renovated and carefully furnished by the owners to make it their home.
An ancient door leads into the characteristic atrium that ends with a rock wall and leads us towards the typical staircase, covered with historical prints, which takes us to the upper floors where the apartment is located.
Consisting of a large living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a large double bedroom and a bathroom, it offers a comfortable and charming home for four people. The apartment is completed by a beautiful terrace where you can have lunch or relax while admiring the roofs of the old city and, in the distance, the Passirio valley.
The features of the building, the refined details of the apartment and the furnishings create a particularly warm atmosphere full of glamour and romance.
Located right in the center, just a few steps from the characteristic porticos, it allows you to reach many and more important destinations without using a car. The splendid walks embellished with flower beds, typical of Merano, are practically outside the front door and the famous Thermal Baths are a 5-minute walk away.
The ideal place to experience a relaxing holiday immersed in the typical reality of the city and to live totally immersed in the atmosphere steeped in history and local culture.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
Drinks and food are not provided but we do provide soaps and shampoos.
Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
FREE COVERED PARKING IS AVAILABLE AND IT IS NECESSARY TO COMMUNICATE THE CAR'S LICENSE PLATE AT LEAST TWO WORKING DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

Superwohnung in bester Lage
Es ist eine superschöne, großzügige Wohnung, in der man sich auf Anhieb zu Hause fühlen kann. Das schöne Mobiliar, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, die toll ausgestattete Küche mit modernem Herd, großem Kühlschrank und sogar einer Tiefkühltruhe lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die liebevoll gestaltete Terrasse mit Blick über Meran auf die Berge. Es war die sauberste Ferienwohnung, die wir je bewohnen durften. Die zentrale Lage zwischen St. Nikolauskirche und Pulverturm ist sehr zentral und trotzdem schön ruhig. Der freundliche und zuverlässige Verwalter Alberto war stets ansprechbar und hat sich sogar am Sonntag schnell zurückgemeldet. Meran hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auch gerne wieder in die Wohnung zurück.
Tolle Wohnung!
Es war ein wirklich wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung, die vor Ort noch toller war als auf den Fotos. Auch der Balkon im Fels mit einer schönen Aussicht über Meran macht jedes Essen zu einem Genuss. Wir haben diese Woche rundum genossen und können die Wohnung (und deren perfekte Lage: Wein kaufen/trinken bei Vinothek Claudia am Dom, Tee trinken bei der kleinsten Konditorei am Dom, Eurospar in 5 Minuten Entfernung ...) wirklich empfehlen, auch die Betreuung und den netten Empfang durch Alberto. Zwei Hinweise noch: Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und hat entsprechend viele Treppenstufen und der TG-Platz sowie überhaupt die Zufahrt in den engen Straßen macht mit langen Autos keinen Spaß. Aber so ist das eben in alten Städten und Häusern, dafür waren wir ja da.

Wir können uns dem Urteil von R&T und Annett vollkommen anschließen. Was man von hier aus gut erleben kann, ist die ideale Mischung aus städtischem Flair und landschaftlichem Reiz, abwechslungsreichen Spaziergängen in der Meraner Gartenwelt und wunderbaren Wanderungen mit der eindrucksvollen Fernsicht auf die umgebenden Berge. Und danach kehrt man zurück in ein anheimelndes Ambiente mit sehr persönlichen Stil, in dem man sich schnell wohlfühlt.
Toller Ort
Ich kann mich nur den vorherigen Bewertungen anschließen. Wir haben 8 Tage mit Hund in diesem wunderbaren Apartment verbracht. Eigentlich hatten wir alles was man braucht....erst dachte ich noch, eine Waschmaschine wäre schön, es ging auch gut ohne. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft, wir haben unser Auto gar nicht genutzt, es gibt so viel Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen direkt von dort, wir haben das sehr genossen.
Familie
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Herzen dieser wunderschönen Stadt. Sie ist sehr geräumig, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wir konnten zahlreiche Ausflüge direkt von der Haustür aus starten. Supermarkt, Restaurants und unzählige Läden waren nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alberto, unser Ansprechpartner, war bei Fragen immer zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Für jeden, der einen Urlaub im Stadtzentrum Merans machen möchte und autark leben will, ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
