The recently renovated apartment is on the attic floor and enjoys a beautiful view over the roofs of the village and the lake.
A shared courtyard completes the property.
Equipped with all comforts and private parking, it's perfect for a holiday in total freedom and relax.
Cassone is an ancient fishing village which has recently been enhanced with pleasant improvements on all public spaces and on the beach.
The fishing museum overlooks the characteristic small port with some tanks where you can admire the fish of the lake.
The property has air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of drinks, food or consumables products (soaps, shampoos, etc.) is provided.
Check-in is from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.
Check-out is before 10:00 am.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.

Preis-Leistung stimmt
Wir waren in der Casa Higieia sehr zufrieden. Es war genug Geschirr da, ebenso Bettzeug und Handtücher. Der Blick zum See ist wunderschön und lässt vergessen, dass man keinen Balkon (bzw. nur einen geteilten Balkon zum Innenhof hin) hat. Cassone ist ein tolles Örtchen. Ich würde sogar sagen, dass es dort mit Hund angenehmer ist als in Malcesine. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Das Bett ist kein Highlight und könnte günstig durch ein Besseres ersetzt werden.
Tolles Appartement mit super Aussicht
Modern eingerichtet, freundlicher Vermieter (spricht deutsch), super Ausblick. Kleiner Ort direkt neben Malcesine, nicht ganz so viel Trubel. Strand, Supermarkt, Pizzeria alles in Laufnähe.
