Villa Cipressi-Swimming Pool-Whirlpool-Sauna

The villa is located on the first hill above Malcesine , in a panoramic but isolated and quiet area, able to guarantee maximum privacy and breathtaking views.

 Entering the house you will find you're self in a small hallway which will leads you directly to the living room where we'll  find the dining table, the sofa, the fireplace and the large kitchenette equipped with everything you need. A large windows will leads you to a large porch furnished with a dining table and sofas where  you can enjoy the view of the garden, the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi .

This area will leads you to the large triple bedroom with private bathroom and to a small closet.

A staircase descends to the basement where there is a bathroom, a room with washing machine and dishwasher and several wardrobes. The other staircase will leads us to the first floor where we'll find the main room with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. From here the view of the garden, the swimming pool and the lake is truly breathtaking.

Outside we'll find an outbuilding with a king size bed, a single bed and a private bathroom.

A completely fenced garden of about 1500 square meters surrounds the villa which has a sauna a barbecue and a pizza oven .

The property is served by a satellite TV, a WiFi connection and air conditioning only in the sleeping areas . Towels and sheets are provided and they will be changed weekly, included in the price.

Drinks, food and no consumables products (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are provided.

Check-in is from 16.00 pm to 20.00 pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.

Check-out is before 10:00 am.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
