The villa is located on the first hill above Malcesine , in a panoramic but isolated and quiet area, able to guarantee maximum privacy and breathtaking views.
You enter into a small hallway that leads directly to the living room where we find the dining table, the sofa, the fireplace and the large kitchen corner equipped with everything you need. From the large windows you access the large porch furnished with a dining table and sofas and you can enjoy the view of the garden with swimming pool and Jacuzzi .
From this area you access the large triple bedroom with private bathroom and a small closet.
A staircase will lead us to the first floor where there is the main room with walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. From here the view of the garden, the pool and the lake is truly sensational.
Outside we find an annex with double bed, single bed and private bathroom.
A completely fenced garden of approximately 1500 m2 surrounds the villa which has a sauna , barbecue and pizza oven .
The property is equipped with satellite TV, WiFi connection and air conditioning only in the sleeping areas . Towels and sheets are provided, with weekly change, included in the price.
No type of drink, food or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided.
Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.

Amazing house with great views
A fantastic house! The view of the lake and the mountains is breathtaking and the outdoor area is perfect for large groups. The rooms were clean, the pool and hot tub were well maintained, the kitchen was very well equipped and we also used the pizza oven. You can even walk to the village / the lake in 15-20 minutes, but the way back is quite exhausting as it is very steep. The communal area inside is rather small, so I would recommend it more for holidays with a lot of outside time. It is also less suitable for more than three couples as there are only three separate bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the living room / kitchen, but with less privacy). Apart from that, it's a perfect house for large groups. Highly recommended! The hosts were very supportive and responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you!

Awesome
The stay in the villa was amazing! The view and the garden are awesome. We also used the pizza oven and that was a very nice experience. We stayed there for 4 days and I would recommend it 100%.
Amazing experience
The views offered by the location of this villa are breathtaking. In front of the villa, there’s a never-ending view of the Lake Garda and mountains, and in the back, you can see Monte Baldo. The garden is full of elderly olive trees and flowers. The amenities are a complete package for relaxation and a vacation to never forget: pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill, covered and open-air terraces, and master bedroom with full height windows offering a view over the lake in the morning. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back one day to this magical place.
