Die Villa liegt auf dem ersten Hügel oberhalb von Malcesine , in einer Panoramalage , die jedoch isoliert und ruhig ist und maximale Privatsphäre und eine atemberaubende Aussicht garantiert.
Sie betreten einen kleinen Flur, der direkt zum Wohnzimmer führt, wo sich der Esstisch, das Sofa, der Kamin und die große Küchenecke mit allem befinden, was Sie brauchen. Von den großen Fenstern aus gelangen Sie auf die große Veranda mit Esstisch und Sofas und genießen den Blick auf den Garten mit Schwimmbad und Whirlpool .
Von diesem Bereich aus gelangt man in das große Dreibettzimmer mit eigenem Bad und einem kleinen Schrank.
Eine Treppe führt uns in den ersten Stock, wo sich der Hauptraum mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und eigenem Bad mit Dusche und Whirlpool befindet. Von hier aus ist der Blick auf den Garten, den Pool und den See wirklich sensationell.
Draußen finden wir einen Anbau mit Doppelbett, Einzelbett und eigenem Bad.
Ein komplett eingezäunter Garten von ca. 1500 m2 umgibt die Villa, in der sich eine Sauna , ein Grill und ein Pizzaofen befinden.
Die Unterkunft ist mit Sat-TV, WLAN und Klimaanlage (nur in den Schlafbereichen) ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden und werden wöchentlich gewechselt und sind im Preis inbegriffen.
Es werden keinerlei Getränke, Nahrungsmittel oder Verbrauchsmaterialien (Seife, Shampoo usw.) bereitgestellt.
Der Check-in ist von 16:00 bis 20:00 Uhr möglich. Für einen Check-in nach dieser Zeit fällt eine Gebühr von 30,00 Euro an, die bei der Ankunft zu entrichten ist.
Check-out ist bis 10:00 Uhr.
Ein früher Check-in oder später Check-out kann nur am Vortag bestätigt werden.

Amazing house with great views
A fantastic house! The view of the lake and the mountains is breathtaking and the outdoor area is perfect for large groups. The rooms were clean, the pool and hot tub were well maintained, the kitchen was very well equipped and we also used the pizza oven. You can even walk to the village / the lake in 15-20 minutes, but the way back is quite exhausting as it is very steep. The communal area inside is rather small, so I would recommend it more for holidays with a lot of outside time. It is also less suitable for more than three couples as there are only three separate bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the living room / kitchen, but with less privacy). Apart from that, it's a perfect house for large groups. Highly recommended! The hosts were very supportive and responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you!

Awesome
The stay in the villa was amazing! The view and the garden are awesome. We also used the pizza oven and that was a very nice experience. We stayed there for 4 days and I would recommend it 100%.
Amazing experience
The views offered by the location of this villa are breathtaking. In front of the villa, there’s a never-ending view of the Lake Garda and mountains, and in the back, you can see Monte Baldo. The garden is full of elderly olive trees and flowers. The amenities are a complete package for relaxation and a vacation to never forget: pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill, covered and open-air terraces, and master bedroom with full height windows offering a view over the lake in the morning. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back one day to this magical place.
